Management Trainee (Administrator) – Islamabad Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a Management Trainee (Administrator) who is eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibility. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who wants exposure to business operations, administration, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise client records and documentation
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist in coordinating work between UK and Pakistan offices
  • Maintain and update internal systems (Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Help track job progress and follow up on pending tasks
  • Communicate internally with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, or related field preferred)
  • Good communication skills (English)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
  • Ability to work from office (Islamabad, I-8 Markaz)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
