What You’ll Do
- Be the face and first impression of our coworking space:
- Welcome members, guests, and visitors with energy and professionalism
- Conduct engaging tours and convert walk-ins into members
- Share clear, accurate information about memberships, services, and pricing
- Follow up with leads and support conversions
Drive daily operations & sales support:
- Manage bookings (day passes, meeting rooms, boardrooms, shared spaces)
- Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and system entries
- Support onboarding of new members and create a smooth first experience
Own community experience & engagement:
- Build strong relationships with members from day one
- Support and execute community events and activities
- Handle communications across calls, messages, and emails with professionalism
Keep everything organized & on track:
- Update reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with SOPs
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in community management or similar role
- A natural people-person (extrovert) who thrives in social environments
- Strong communication skills (English required, multilingual is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
