We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and stories
• Plan and maintain a content calendar
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Experience with social media management tools
• Basic understanding of paid ads and campaign optimization
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in digital marketing or agency environment
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Video editing skills for reels and short-form content
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
