Management Trainee - CA Finalist

One of our client a leading Automotive Industry is looking for Management Trainee - CA Finalist.

Job Description:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:

Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

Accounting and Reporting:

• Gain exposure to bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.

Cost Management

• Work on cost accounting and understand costing methodologies for manufacturing processes.
• Support in analyzing product costing, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.
• Assist in monitoring cash flow and managing working capital.
• Learn about banking processes, including payments, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
• Support in the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.

Qualification:

• CA Finalist (4 papers remaining)
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI will be preferred.
