Management Trainee – Growth (Founder’s Office)

We are looking for highly motivated BTech + MBA freshers to join our Growth Department as Management Trainees, working closely with the leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to multiple business functions and fast-track learning in a dynamic manufacturing and marketing environment.

The selected candidates will function in a Founder’s Office–style role, supporting key projects, business analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management on growth initiatives, new projects, and business expansion plans.
• Collect, analyze, and present data related to sales, operations, production, and market trends.
• Support implementation of strategic decisions across departments and track progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, and HR for project execution.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and MIS for management review.
• Identify process gaps and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning to execution under leadership guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• BTech + MBA (any specialization, preferably Operations / Marketing / Strategy).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
