Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Trainee who is eager to learn and contribute across multiple business functions. The candidate should have strong analytical, presentation, and digital skills, with hands-on knowledge of modern tools and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operational and strategic activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and Power BI , CRM Operations.
• Create marketing creatives, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva.
• Support financial analysis, basic financial modelling, and valuation tasks.
• Work on SEO-related research and digital marketing initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Higgsfield, and other applications) to enhance productivity and research.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.

Required Skills:

Advanced Skills:

• MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Canva

Basic Knowledge:

• Power BI
• Financial Modelling & Valuation
• SEO
• AI Tools

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Management/Commerce preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Career Growth:

This is an on-site Management Trainee position. Based on performance during the training period, the candidate will be offered a permanent position within the organization.
