Management Trainee officer

The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline the operations of all Cutera Aesthetics clinics nationwide. This role requires close collaboration with doctors, clinical teams, and management to ensure standardized processes, consistent service quality, and an excellent patient experience across all locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate multi-site operations, and prior experience in healthcare or service-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and monitor operations across all nationwide clinics.
• Act as the central liaison between doctors and senior management to ensure alignment of medical and operational goals.
• Standardize and enforce operational protocols across all branches for consistent Client care and service delivery.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with doctors to provide operational support aligned with clinical requirements.
• Review and analyze performance of each clinic, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements.
• Handle escalated operational issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Implement initiatives to enhance Client experience and staff productivity across all branches.
• Support expansion plans by setting up operational frameworks for new clinics.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
