Management Trainee Officer - Audit

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Internal Audit will support the internal audit team in executing audit assignments, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures. The role is designed to groom fresh graduates into future professionals capable of identifying risks, recommending improvements, and contributing to operational efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

oAssist in planning and executing internal audit assignments across functions such as procurement, production, inventory, sales, distribution, and finance.oSupport in testing internal controls and verifying compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).oDraft initial working papers, audit observations, and reports for review by senior audit staffoAssist in following up on implementation of corrective actions and audit recommendationsoMaintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive informationoParticipate in physical stock counts, surprise checks, and verification of assets at plant and warehouse locations
