Trainee Accountant (Paid Internship → Full-Time Role Opportunity)

About Us

We are a growing outsourced accounting and consultancy firm specializing in eCommerce clients, including Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, and eBay sellers. Our firm provides end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, VAT/GST handling, reconciliations, and financial reporting for businesses operating across global marketplaces.

We are currently seeking motivated and career-oriented Trainee Accountants to join our team under a 3-month paid internship program. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about accounting and eager to grow in the field of eCommerce finance. Successful interns will be offered a permanent full-time position after the training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers
• Process invoices and reconcile bank and payment gateway transactions
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closings
• Support the senior accounting team with financial analysis and reporting

Who We're Looking For

• Strong interest in accounting, finance, and eCommerce
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (coursework or projects preferred)
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable using online tools
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to pursue further qualifications such as ACCA, AAT, or CA (preferred but not required)
