Management Trainee Officer- Compliance

Basic Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation and monitoring of compliance requirements related to social, environmental, and chemical standards.
• Support preparation and maintenance of compliance-related documents, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection required for audits and certifications.
• Assist during internal and external audits (e.g., buyer, social & environmental audits)
• Conduct basic compliance inspections and report observations to the Head.
• Assist in worker and staff awareness sessions related to compliance requirements.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant internship experience in compliance, EHS, sustainability, or audits will be preferred.
