Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment activities.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Support the performance management and learning & development processes.
  • Handle HR reporting, data management, and analysis for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Assist in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or as an HR trainee/MTO.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and structured environment.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6-11 months

Pay: Rs80,000.00 per month
