About the Role

VARQ Packages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and dedicated Management Trainee Officer (Maintenance) to join our Maintenance Department. This is a 6-month structured training program designed to develop future Maintenance Incharge-level capabilities.
After completion, candidates may be considered for core maintenance roles based on performance.

Key Responsibilities During Training

You will be trained to:

• Conduct daily visits to production areas to observe and report machine efficiency.
• Assist in supervising mechanical and electrical maintenance operations.
• Maintain updated records for all factory machinery.
• Support smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor electrical installations and ensure proper organization.
• Follow and implement mechanical & electrical safety protocols.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Coordinate maintenance spare parts, inventory, purchasing, and issuance.
• Maintain records of complaints, maintenance logs, and machinery performance.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Incharge.

Post-Training Responsibilities

(Subject to training performance & role availability)

• Ensure mechanical & electrical efficiency.
• Independently resolve machine-related complaints.
• Implement safety standards within the facility.
• Initiate/approve maintenance requests in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Mechanical certification or vocational technical training is a plus.
