Nagina Group invites applications from fresh graduates for its Management Trainee Program (MTP). This structured program is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to mill operations and corporate functions.

Program Overview

· Duration: 1 Year (at Mill Sites Lahore surrounding areas)

· Post-Completion Placement: Permanent employment at Head Office, Lahore (subject to performance evaluation)

· Training Focus: Practical exposure, cross-functional learning, and leadership development.

· Departments for Placement

After completion of the training period, candidates may be placed in one of the following departments based on their qualification, aptitude, and performance:

1. Marketing & Sales Department

2. Commercial / Purchase Department

3. Raw Material Department (Cotton & Yarn)

4. Accounts & Finance Department

5. Mill Site Operations & Management

Eligibility Criteria

· Fresh graduates from reputable institutions

· Relevant academic background according to departmental requirements

· Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Willingness to work at mill sites during the training period
