Job Summary:
The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Program Audit will support the audit team in evaluating program activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and assisting in internal audit processes. This is a learning-focused role designed to develop auditing and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting program audits and field assessments.
- Support senior auditors in reviewing documentation and compliance.
- Collect and analyze data related to program implementation.
- Prepare basic audit reports and summaries.
- Coordinate with field teams for information and verification.
- Maintain audit records and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B. Com, BS Accounting/Finance or related field).
- Fresh to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of audit principles is a plus.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
