Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Program Audit

Job Summary:

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Program Audit will support the audit team in evaluating program activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and assisting in internal audit processes. This is a learning-focused role designed to develop auditing and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting program audits and field assessments.
  • Support senior auditors in reviewing documentation and compliance.
  • Collect and analyze data related to program implementation.
  • Prepare basic audit reports and summaries.
  • Coordinate with field teams for information and verification.
  • Maintain audit records and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B. Com, BS Accounting/Finance or related field).
  • Fresh to 1 year of experience.
  • Basic understanding of audit principles is a plus.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
