Management Trainee Officer (Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for a highly motivated and career-oriented Management Trainee Officer – Sales & Marketing to join our growing team at our Plastic Manufacturing Facility in Sundar Industrial Estate. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in B2B industrial sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales team in client outreach and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and presentations
• Maintain customer databases and CRM records
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Visit clients (as needed) with senior sales staff
• Help in digital marketing & branding tasks (optional)
• Coordinate between sales, production and dispatch teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business or related field
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email writing
• Willingness to work in industrial environment (Sundar Estate)
