Job Title: Zoho CRM Trainee
Location: Faisal Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Paid

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Zoho CRM Trainee to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning and working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, particularly Zoho CRM. You will gain hands-on experience in managing CRM data, automation, and process optimization to support our business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, customization, and management of Zoho CRM modules
• Input, update, and maintain accurate customer data
• Help in automating workflows and email campaigns within Zoho
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM processes
• Generate basic reports and dashboards for performance tracking
• Troubleshoot minor CRM issues under supervision
• Stay updated on Zoho features and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, IT, or a related field
• Interest in CRM systems, customer data, and sales processes
• Basic understanding of business tools and software (Zoho knowledge is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
