Core Expertise : Sales (Global Captive Business)

Requirements:

• Self-Driven & Proactive : Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Target Driven : Previous experience in a sales role with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience with Global Captives : Proven track record of working with and growing business with global captive clients.
• Technology Awareness : Familiarity with major platforms and OEM offerings.
• Experience with Different Engagement Models : Understanding and experience in various business engagement models.

Responsibilities:

• Account Hunting & Farming : Identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
• Stakeholder Meetings : Regularly setting up and conducting meetings with key stakeholders.
• Lead Generation, Closure, Paperwork & Collections : Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, including handling paperwork and collections.
• Team Coordination : Working closely with teams across different practices to ensure smooth operations.

Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA
