• NVA elimination program - transportation reduction, return simplification, negative flow elimination, flex manpower usage, frugal automation, etc
• Enable Process Optimization and build Process Controls thru AI ML Applications and Capabilities
• Capture Voices build future ready capabilities / program for the BU working close with the Execution team
• Simplification of Processes thru RPAs
• Build and enable deployment of Supply Chain Excellence Program for BU
• Enable Continuous Improvement culture thru Kaizen/LSS Program

People

• Building Modules and Channels for Knowledge Building
• Ability to engage people and create a learning environment
• Effectively collaborates cross-functionally assigned region and between peers
• Encourages people to expose problems and stays with them to implement true solutions
• Uses continuous coaching and dialogue to empower people to solve their own problems
• Builds future process improvement leaders

To succeed in this role – you should have the following

• Strong Hands on Lean & Six Sigma Principles & Tools - Deployment Experience
• Strong Advanced Data Analytics Skill & experience
• Design and Deployment experience on Process Maturity Models and Business Excellence Models
• Knowledge on Supply Chain / e-commerce processes
• Ability to communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form.
• Motivation to up-skill in domain, concepts, principles, practices and techniques.
