Designation : Manager – Finance Transformation and Fixed Asset Management

Role Overview

The Manager plays a key role in delivering finance transformation and fixed asset management engagements, working closely with client leadership and internal teams to assess current practices, design fit-for-purpose solutions, and support implementation. The role focuses on translating strategic objectives into practical, sustainable improvements across finance processes, governance, and asset lifecycle management, while ensuring high standards of delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and lead finance transformation initiatives, including current-state assessments, process reviews, and the design of improved operating models.
• Deliver fixed asset management engagements covering asset lifecycle assessment, capitalization approaches, asset registers, reconciliation, and valuation-related activities.
• Work collaboratively with client finance, operations, and asset teams to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and enhance finance and asset governance arrangements, policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks in line with recognized standards and good practice.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather insights, validate findings, and build alignment.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery activities, including work planning, team coordination, progress monitoring, and quality reviews.
• Support the implementation of agreed improvements, including process changes, reporting enhancements, and system-related initiatives.
• Prepare, review, and finalize client deliverables, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and professionally presented.
• Contribute to proposal development, methodology refinement, and the continuous strengthening of internal capabilities.
• Maintain effective client relationships by supporting clear communication, timely issue resolution, and consistent delivery throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification is plus, such as CMA, ACCA, or CIA
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, p rofessional accounting qualification is plus
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, audit, or advisory roles.
