You will play a key role in implementing innovative educational solutions, promoting digital learning, and supporting schools in delivering quality education. Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing the academic journey of partner schools to ensure smooth implementation of Oxford Advantage and other solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting teacher training, monitoring LMS usage, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints. You will execute training modules for teachers, principals, and academic coordinators, and conduct observation and coaching sessions. The role involves promoting digital products, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer retention. You will also lead customer engagement initiatives, train internal resources, and manage reporting, auditing, and documentation.


About You


Essential Criteria:
  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in any discipline with strong communication skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of the EdTech domain
  • Experience in teacher training and understanding of LMS and technology
  • Good understanding of computer applications
  • Experience in integrated services domain
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability and flexibility to travel 15–20 days per month

Desirable:
  • Strong customer engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
