Education: Bachelor's Degree (Commerce/Supply Chain/Business); MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement roles.
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders.
- Knowledge of school operations and related materials is a plus.
- Good communication, time management, and MS Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Purchase Orders
- Identify purchasing needs across all schools.
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure proper documentation and PO tracking.
Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for:
- Stationery
- Uniforms
- Furniture
- School Equipment
- Printed Materials (brochures, notebooks, etc.)
- Negotiate best pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and assess performance regularly.
Inventory & Delivery Coordination
- Ensure timely delivery and distribution to all campuses.
- Coordinate with stores/admin for inventory monitoring and restocking.
- Handle returns, replacements, and quality issues promptly.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases.
- Prepare reports on purchase status, vendor performance, and cost savings.
- Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies and budget controls.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
