Role Summary
The Manager of Account Management will oversee a team dedicated to nurturing and expanding our existing client base. You will be responsible for the team's performance, coaching AMs on relationship-building strategies, and ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes. Your goal is to minimize churn and maximize the
Lifetime Value (LTV) of every account.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Coaching-
Mentor and Develop: Provide regular 1-on-1 coaching to Account Managers to improve their negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Performance Management: Set clear KPIs and targets; conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

Resource Allocation: Manage account assignments to ensure balanced workloads across the team.
2. Strategic Growth & Retention-
Renewal Strategy: Oversee the renewal pipeline to ensure high retention rates and early identification of "at-risk" accounts.

Expansion Sales: Drive strategy for upselling and cross-selling new products or features to existing clients.

Account Planning: Help AMs develop long-term strategic plans for "Tier 1" or enterprise-level clients.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration-
Voice of the Customer: Act as a bridge between clients and the Product team to advocate for features that drive retention.
