Manager Accounts

About the Role:

Zameen.com is seeking an experienced Manager Accounts to oversee the company’s accounting and bookkeeping functions. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining compliance, and leading the finance team to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all bookkeeping and financial reporting for assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, communication, reporting, and resolving queries. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all client deliverables.
• Proactively maintain and enhance client relationships through consistent, high-quality service and issue resolution.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of junior bookkeepers responsible for data entry and routine bookkeeping tasks.
• Allocate tasks, review team output, and ensure alignment with client requirements and internal standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
• Design and manage workflows to ensure timely and efficient task execution.
• Establish and enforce bookkeeping best practices in compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
• Monitor internal systems and processes to improve documentation accuracy and operational efficiency

Requirement:

Education: ACCA Affiliate or CA Finalist

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in accounting or bookkeeping
