Job Title: Manager Accounts and Finance
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: At least CA Finalist (with only 1–2 papers left).
Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2–3 years in a manufacturing firm as Manager Accounts & Finance.
Skills:

• Strong expertise in Financial Management, Budgeting, Compliance, and Reporting
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of team building
• Ability to establish, implement, and improve SOPs for efficient and effective managerial controls
• Strong analytical and leadership skills to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Accounts & Finance function, ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards
• Manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making
• Ensure timely preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls for financial processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and improve financial efficiency
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
