Real Estate Industry- Redevelopment

Responsibility

1. Manage complete accounts function from bookkeeping to finalization of accounts as per statutory and company policies

2. Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and ledger maintenance

3. Maintain and reconcile petty cash with proper documentation and approvals

4. Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports

5. Ensure timely finalisation of accounts and coordinate with statutory auditors for audits and compliance

6. Handle indirect and direct tax compliance – including GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filing and reconciliations

7. Perform monthly bank reconciliations across all project and company accounts

8. Supervise and coordinate salary processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and monthly payroll reconciliations

9. Prepare and monitor project-wise budgets, costing, and MIS reports

10. Maintain and control financial documentation, including vendor bills, agreements, tax records, and statutory filings

11. Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all finance-related transactions

12. Monitor project fund flow, escrow account usage, and RERA financial reporting

13. Manage vendor and contractor payments, track advances, and perform reconciliations

14. Handle all banking operations: loan disbursements, documentation, EMI/interest tracking, and relationship management

15. Coordinate with departments (Sales, Procurement, Admin, HR) for smooth financial operations

16. Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and financial institutions for audits, compliance, and financial planning

Reporting to

D.G.M. – Accounts & Finance

Qualifications & Experience

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA / MBA (Finance)

8–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in the real estate sector Strong experience in finalisation of accounts, taxation, payroll, project accounting, and financial controls

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and real estate ERP systems (e.g., Stallion, SAP) Strong working knowledge of: Petty cash management, Bank reconciliations, Salary processing and payroll compliance, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Project cost accounting and budgeting, RERA-related financial documentation, Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet strict deadlines
