Manager - Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial reconciliations, including credit card settlements, courier collections, and bank transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
• Design, implement, and refine streamlined procedures for vendor payments, covering invoice verification, approval workflows, and payment timelines.
• Track, assess, and optimize cash flow to maintain sufficient funds for operational needs and future business objectives.
• Oversee financial operations and ensure prompt identification and resolution of variances, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth processes.
• Compile, analyze, and present management reports such as income statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget performance reviews.
• Take the lead in developing financial projections, annual budgets, and long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal financial controls, and support system upgrades to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, data protection standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior finance staff, fostering skill development and career progression within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role; background in e-commerce or retail is a strong plus
• Practical experience working with accounting software and ERP platforms; familiarity with Odoo is preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and analytical techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, mitigate risks, and deliver practical recommendations to senior management.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• High ethical standards and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential financial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
