Manager - Accounts & Finance

We are seeking an experienced Manager Accounts & Finance to join our finance team.

The position will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the Accounts Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective management of receivables and payables, payroll administration, and compliance with organizational policies. This role provides strategic financial support to management, drives operational efficiency, and ensures the integrity of financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Supervision: Lead and manage the Accounts Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and present timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses to support decision-making.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Monitor collections, customer accounts, and aging reports to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee vendor payments, expense tracking, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
  • Payroll Management: Supervise payroll processing, statutory deductions, and employee benefits disbursement.
  • Budgeting & Costing: Develop annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and conduct cost analysis to optimize resource allocation.
  • ERP Systems: Utilize and manage ERP systems for financial transactions, reporting, and process automation.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance departmental performance and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA (Finance), ICMA, or CA (Part Qualified).
  • Experience: 8–10 years of post-articles professional experience in finance and accounts, with proven leadership in managing teams and financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Odoo, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs220,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
