Manager, Accounts Receivable

The Role

As Manager, Accounts Receivable, you ensure the accuracy and completeness of all General Ledger entries related to receivables, manage debtor accounts, and support the Director of Finance and Finance team. Your responsibilities include maintaining credit policies, overseeing invoicing and collections, liaising with debtors, coordinating credit meetings, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and government regulations. You will prepare reports, assist with month-end accounts, and drive continuous improvements in receivables management.

You will lead a team, contribute to budgeting and financial monitoring, manage performance, and foster collaboration across departments to ensure smooth resort operations.

About You

You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance, preferably within hospitality. You are analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels help you maintain positive debtor relationships and lead your team successfully. You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have a solid understanding of financial and business analysis.
