MANAGER — ACCOUNTS & TAXATION | US CLIENT PORTFOLIO

Brit Balance – US Chapter is a specialist outsourced accounting and financial

services firm supporting a growing roster of US-based businesses. We're looking for

an accomplished Manager to head our US client services function — someone who

exercises sound judgment, works independently, and brings genuine initiative to

every engagement. This is a senior appointment with full ownership of compliance

quality, team performance, and client outcomes.

W H A T Y O U ' L L O W N

— Act as lead adviser for a US client portfolio across compliance, reporting — & advisory

—Prepare and review financial statements and federal/state returns (1120, 1065, 1040)

—Oversee payroll processing, sales tax compliance, and AP/AR

—Track IRS, FASB & state regulatory changes and put updates into practice proactively

—Mentor and quality-review the junior and mid-level team

W H A T Y O U B R I N G

—ACCA / CA Finalist, or qualified, in good standing

—5+ years in a US-facing accounting practice at senior level

—Hands-on, full-cycle bookkeeping experience

—Comfortable owning priorities and decisions independently

—Strong grounding in US GAAP, multi-state tax, IRS compliance & payroll rules

—Fluent in QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, and IRS e-file platforms
