Sales Manager – Digital Advertising & Partnerships We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth across our digital advertising and partnerships portfolio. This role blends strategy, execution, and client engagement to consistently meet revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do * Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. * Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and growth. * Accurately forecast pipeline and performance metrics for leadership. * Analyse client needs and recommend solutions that drive measurable results. * Stay ahead of fintech and digital advertising trends to elevate client conversations. What We’re Looking For * 5–7+ years of experience in B2C digital ad sales or partnerships (financial industry a plus). * Proven track record in both high-volume transactions and large, strategic deals. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills. * Expertise in ad tech, targeting, and performance measurement. * Leadership experience with the ability to foster collaboration and results. * Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
