Key Responsibilities:
1. General Administration
- Supervise all administrative functions of the plant including housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and utilities.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities, furniture, and general upkeep of the premises.
- Manage stationary, office supplies, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for timely delivery of services.
2. Security & Safety
- Oversee security operations and ensure the safety of employees, materials, and company assets.
- Monitor and control the entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials through proper gate pass systems.
- Coordinate with local authorities and law enforcement when required.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and participate in safety audits.
3. Employee Support Services
- Manage employee transport, accommodation (if applicable), and canteen arrangements.
- Handle attendance and shift coordination in collaboration with the HR department.
- Ensure a disciplined and professional work environment at the plant.
4. Legal & Compliance
- Assist in compliance with local labor laws, factory laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain updated records of government inspections, licenses, and renewals.
- Coordinate with HR and management during audits or inspections.
5. Liaison & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the plant and head office on administrative matters.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Maintenance departments for operational needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and service providers.
6. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage the plant’s administrative budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency in all administrative operations.
- Recommend improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
