We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Manager - Administration Support. This position is crucial to facilitating operational efficiency by providing comprehensive administrative support to multiple teams within the organization.

As the Manager of Administration Support, you will oversee various administrative functions, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Your expertise will enhance productivity and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for various departments.
  • Oversee office management tasks, ensuring optimal efficiency and organization.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Provide executive support to senior management, including arrangement of meetings, travel, and special projects.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
  • Maintain and oversee office supply inventory and procurement processes.
  • Assist in budget management and expense tracking for administrative activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling confidential information appropriately.
  • Support the company's strategic initiatives through administrative support and project coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in administrative support or management roles.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing administrative teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in budget management and expense tracking is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to supporting organizational goals through effective administration.
