  • Oversee and manage the complete admissions cycle (inquiry to enrolment)
  • Lead and supervise the admissions team to ensure performance and service quality
  • Ensure timely processing of applications and accurate record-keeping
  • Develop, implement, and monitor admissions SOPs and policies
  • Maintain high standards of customer service for prospective students and parents
  • Analyze admissions data to improve processes, policies, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns and targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant academic and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution (English, Marketing, Education, or a relevant field) 4–5 years of relevant experience in admissions, student affairs, or academic administration
  • Candidates with sales or marketing experience are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and data management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AI tools and admissions management systems is preferred
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of HEC policies and academic structures
