
- Oversee and manage the complete admissions cycle (inquiry to enrolment)
- Lead and supervise the admissions team to ensure performance and service quality
- Ensure timely processing of applications and accurate record-keeping
- Develop, implement, and monitor admissions SOPs and policies
- Maintain high standards of customer service for prospective students and parents
- Analyze admissions data to improve processes, policies, and conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns and targets
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant academic and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution (English, Marketing, Education, or a relevant field) 4–5 years of relevant experience in admissions, student affairs, or academic administration
- Candidates with sales or marketing experience are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and data management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AI tools and admissions management systems is preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of HEC policies and academic structures
