Role: Manager - Admissions, Events & Marketing (Female Candidates)
Reporting: Head - Admissions, Branding & Marketing/ HoS
Responsibilities:Admissions & Lead Generation
- Drive admissions sales activities to meet enrollment targets.
- Implement strategies to generate, nurture, and convert leads into admissions.
- Manage admissions CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with other admissions counselors and leadership to streamline processes and improve conversion rates.
Marketing & Campaigns
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and community demographics to optimize outreach.
- Manage advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
Events & Outreach
- Plan and execute admission-related events such as open houses, roadshows, school fairs, and orientation sessions.
- Organize and oversee large-scale events within the school to attract the right audience, strengthen community engagement, and generate leads.
- Identify and establish partnerships within the community to enhance outreach and visibility.
- Leverage all events as platforms to showcase the school’s culture, programs, and strengths.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Lead the school’s social media strategy to build awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and curate compelling content in collaboration with academic and admissions teams.
- Grow organic presence through community engagement, storytelling, and influencer/partner collaborations.
- Manage paid social campaigns including targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Track and report on digital metrics, recommending improvements based on insights.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
