Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Manager Operations-Adops. The Manager -Adops will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, optimizing ad campaigns, monitoring ad performance, and ensuring the seamless delivery of digital advertisements. The role also involves collaborating with demand partners, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance ad revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters in Business or any other relevant field.
  • Experience in digital advertising operations, ad campaign management, and ad performance optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot issues and work with ad-serving platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in AdTech, digital advertising, programmatic sales, or business development (Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Ad Manager (GAM), DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, and programmatic advertising.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Ability to drive B2B sales, partnerships, and revenue-focused conversations.
  • Analytical Skills: Understanding of CPM, CPC, fill rates, ad revenue optimization, and RTB (Real-Time Bidding).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹620,000.00 per year
