The Team
Our DTS team provides following services to clients:
- Data & Applied Intelligence - Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.
- Product and Innovation - Empowering clients to innovate, develop, and launch products that drives growth and competitive advantage.
- Technology M&A and Strategy - Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A, integrations and carve-outs.
- Technology Transformation - A&M helps clients create a scalable, cost-effective IT function that delivers the company's strategic vision and priorities.
How you will contribute

Develop and implement AI models and pipelines, leveraging LLMs to address business needs.

Design and deploy machine learning solutions on Azure, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Use Python for data preprocessing, model development, and experimentation.

Build and integrate REST APIs using Flask to enable seamless model access for other applications.

Containerize models and applications with Docker to streamline deployment and improve portability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and create custom AI solutions.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies.

Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and inference speed based on real-time data.
Qualifications
-
8 - 10 years of experience in data science, working with LLMs and Generative AI models– across CPG, Retail, Supply Chain etc. – e.g. customer churn/retention, route optimization, inventory planning, market mix modelling, etc.

Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models on Azure and using cloud-based tools.

Proficiency in Python, with experience in data manipulation, model building, and evaluation.

Experience with Dockerization for deploying and managing AI applications.

Knowledge of Flask to build lightweight APIs for model integration.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.

Good communication skills to work with stakeholders and present technical results effectively.
