Manager Advanced Data Analytics

Minimum Qualification:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Masters is preferred.

Minimum Experience:

4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar analytical position, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced functions) and other MS Office products.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data modeling (e.g., star schema).
Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to a non-technical audience.
• Problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to explore data for insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the banking industry's drivers and trends.
