Position: Manager – After Sales & Service
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in the heavy automotive industry.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in after-sales operations, service management, and customer support.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heavy vehicles/equipment.
• Ability to lead and develop a service team, ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
• Experience in warranty handling, spare parts management, and technical reporting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
