Are you a passionate and experienced aviation maintenance professional seeking a challenging new role?
GAL, a leading provider of logistics and manpower solutions, is seeking a seasoned Manager - Aviation Maintenance to join our growing team.

In this leadership role, you'll:

  • Oversee all aspects of our aviation maintenance department, including planning, administration, and resource management.
  • Provide direct leadership to maintenance personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all aircraft inspections, practices, and records comply with strict regulations and industry standards.
  • Spearhead comprehensive phase inspections, modifications, and repairs for aircraft structures, engines, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with Production Control to schedule maintenance, track progress, and forecast downtime.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities while maintaining accountability for your entire team.
  • Advocate for your team by ensuring they have the tools, equipment, and training to excel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA, EASA, TAMMS-A, and aviation maintenance practices.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

Qualification
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or industry equivalent.High School DiplomaGraduation from military or commercial aircraft maintenance school or course required.
  • Must be able to attain a UAE Driving License.
Experience
- Minimum of 15 Years Aviation Maintenance
  • Minimum of 5 Years Supervisory
  • Must have strong knowledge of FAA, EASA, etc. and/or equivalent Army maintenance practices including The Army Maintenance Management System for Aviation (TAMMS-A), Aeronautical Equipment Maintenance Management Procedures, and ATP Aviation Maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Production and Quality Control preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Aviation Logistics and Asset Management preferred.
  • Must have thorough knowledge in the use of common tools, special tools, test equipment, and aviation ground support equipment used in performing maintenance on the relevant aircraft.
