Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.

Identify and onboard new B2B clients, Strengthening the Customer Base and expanding to identified geographies and customers.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Working with Cross functional team and cater to the need of customer.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

Depth of knowledge around molecules and crops for executing sales strategy.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to Lead.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field +MBA
-
4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, in the Indian agrochemical space.

Strong network within the agrochemical Industry in India.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office.
-
Willingness to travel extensively within selected geographies.
