Assistant Manager B2B Sales

PARCO is seeking applications for the following position for its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd. PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan having countrywide presence. The position is planned for Customer Services Department of the Company.


Qualification and Experience:


The ideal candidate should hold at least 16 years of education in Engineering or Business Administration, with up to 8 years of experience demonstrating strong product knowledge and a thorough understanding of LPG applications. The role requires solid familiarity with LPG-related equipment, systems, and operational requirements. Experience in B2B, industrial, or institutional sales will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned area sales volume and profitability targets.
  • Identify and onboard new customers while managing and growing the existing customer base.
  • Monitor and ensure effective use of LPG tanks and cylinders in the field.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, resolve issues, and expand market presence.
  • Identify and select quality customers based on business potential and credit worthiness.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and vetting documents for potential customers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations at customer sites.
  • Maximize utilization of assets (tanks/cylinders) installed in the area.
  • Collect and share local market intelligence, including pricing, competition, and demand trends.
  • Promote volume uplift from existing customers through follow-up and service excellence.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports and monthly performance reports.
