Manager - Brand & Campaigns

JobPurpose

The Brand & Campaigns Manager coordinates the daily planning and execution of brand initiatives and integrated campaigns that support Modon’s business objectives.


Reporting to the Associate Director - Brand & Campaigns , the role is responsible for managing day-to-day campaign workflows, coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.


Experience and Competencies:

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, campaign management, or marketing roles.
  • Strong experience working with creative and media agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.


Roles, Responsibilities, Duties


  • Manage the implementation of integrated brand and marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies, ensuring clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive campaign production and approvals, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied.
  • Track campaign progress, budget utilization, and KPIs; provide regular reporting and insights to the Associate Director.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align campaign messaging with corporate and project objectives.
  • Manage content development for campaigns, including messaging, creative assets, and digital activations.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns, industry trends, and media performance to optimize campaign strategies.
  • Supervise the Brand & Campaigns Associate, delegating tasks and providing guidance on execution.
