Manager Bridges

Job Purpose :

To lead design of Metro, PRT and Road bridges during DMP and subsequent Design Stages.

Key Accountabilities :

• Scope writing and Technical Evaluation of Consultant/ Contractor selection.
• Has sound knowledge of Construction and Maintenance of major infrastructure, overseeing structural analysis, field inspections, safety and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management from feasibility to detailed design, ensuring projects meet quality, budget and schedule goals.
• Reviewing deliverables (reports, drawings), providing on-site construction support (RFIs, changes), and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• To lead complex bridges design and analysis of Metro, PRT, Pedestrian and Road bridges during DMP and subsequent Design Stages.

Minimum Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of proven Design and Site supervision experience.
• Proven leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams.
• Experience in large-scale projects or PIF-related environments is highly desirable.
• Design capability to lead tunneling design and site supervision works.
• Understanding of procurement lifecycle and contract management.
• Regulatory compliance and risk management acumen.
• Financial and commercial awareness (cost optimization & value engineering).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard oversight skills.
• Leadership, influencing, and change management skills.
