Introduction:

The position holder will be a part of strategy development and business transformation programs across the Babyshop portfolio, along with the growth agenda for the group (new markets, new businesses). You will work directly on strategic projects across different functions. Responsible for providing research & operations support to your leader and support management decisions backed by research & analytical insights. The incumbent will gain exposure to entire retail value chain and all channels including stores, e-commerce and B2B.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Partnering:

  • Work as trusted advisers to the leader to identify the initiatives of strategic importance & operational improvement that need to be pursued
  • Be part of annual strategic planning for the Group
  • Review key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards. This work also includes internal and external communications, operational support and interacting with Landmark Leadership Team.


Direct Support of the Business Head

  • Set leader's strategic priorities and help the leader identify areas where they must direct their focus
  • Strategically manage leader's time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities
  • Prepare agendas for all meetings; and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible
  • Monitor information flow in order to ensure Leader's involvement in project or decision-making process at the right moment


Relationship Builder:

  • Must be well connected with those reporting to the leader and others across the organization to influence outcomes. This cross-functional perspective not only helps garner support for the leadership team, but also fosters long-term partnerships that are critical to this role’s success.


Project Management:

  • Oversee cross-functional/concept-wide projects or initiatives
  • Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
  • Research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field from a tier 1 institute
  • 3-5 years of Strategy Consulting experience with one of the top international consulting firms
  • Ability to work with the business leaders level on corporate projects, especially in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to understand key drivers of business
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations.
  • Strong MS Office – presentation, Excel modelling skills
  • Eye for detail & process orientation
  • Self-starter, willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance
