Role Summary
Lead business analytics and profitability optimization for SME and Retail Lending products. Drive data-driven insights to support pricing strategies, product performance, and business unit profitability. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance lending portfolio performance and ensure competitive, sustainable pricing models.
Responsibilities

Analyze lending portfolio performance, trends, and profitability.

Develop dashboards and reports for senior management decision-making.

Identify growth opportunities and risk areas through data-driven analysis.

Pricing & Profitability Optimization

Design and implement pricing strategies for lending products.

Conduct margin analysis and recommend adjustments to optimize profitability.

Benchmark pricing against market trends and competitor offerings.

Product & Business Strategy Support

Partner with product teams to evaluate new product proposals and pricing models.

Support business cases for lending initiatives and strategic projects.

Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Product teams to ensure cohesive strategies.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

3–6 years of experience in
business analysis

profitability management
within banking or financial services.

Strong understanding of

Advanced proficiency in
