Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring legal clients, building strong professional relationships, arranging meetings, and driving business growth for our legal services vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and onboard potential legal clients, including law firms, corporates, and individual practitioners.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Arrange and coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver suitable solutions.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on progress and performance.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments in the legal and fintech space.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Knowledge of legal services and fintech industry trends is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹23,469.20 - ₹58,872.91 per month
