Role overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven manager - business development to lead our client acquisition efforts, particularly via platforms like upwork, freelance, etc. the ideal candidate will have a hybrid skill set spanning digital marketing, full stack development, ui/ux, and front-end development—combined with a strong ability to generate and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and client acquisition through upwork and other platforms
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract clients
  • Respond to proposals and craft compelling bids and pitches
  • Meet or exceed a minimum monthly sales target of $5,000 usd
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, especially on freelance platforms like upwork, guru, freelance, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, full stack development, full stack development, and front-end skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
