MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

About the Role

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Business Development to lead our growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets and sectors.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to guide strategy.

* Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value-added solutions.

* Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.

* Track and report on performance metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline development.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

* Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of market dynamics.

* Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

* Prior experience in \[Insert Industry – e.g., tech, manufacturing, services] is preferred.
