Job Title: Business Development Manager – Inside Sales (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (Female) to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable products or services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Maintain an updated record of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).

Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Prior experience in inside sales or B2B client handling preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
