Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
  • Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Present CRO capabilities, services, and solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with project management, clinical operations, and regulatory teams to prepare proposals, budgets, and contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and RFP responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor industry trends and market intelligence, to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • should Have minimum 10 years of experience in clinical research organisations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,689.98 - ₹100,000.00 per month
